She has over 25 years
in the Information services, starting back when it was called 'data
processing'. Her background includes programming, web designed, user
education, writing user documentation, and creating computer systems, in
the healthcare, manufacturing and business management fields.
As a corporate IT trainer, IT manager, and techie,
LuAnn has installed networks, and written user friendly computer systems.
Training timid users on the use of computers is her specialty, to
